Job Description

My client is looking for high caliber to join as a Logistics Operation Coordinator to monitor the stock of packaging material and shipment tracking status under pharmaceutical logistics services.

Responsibilities:

– Follow up with services inquiries and feedback from customers via phone calls, emails or other forms
– Work with stakeholder across departments, countries and approved agent to formulate service solution and quote to customer
– Support and manage the completeness and accuracy of documentation, label, marking and shipment packing, to make sure all aligned with the specific quality requirements (AEO/ISO/GDP standards), regulations and import/ export compliance
– Keep records and reports on all activities including but not limited to the pharma room and shipment tracking status
– Monitor the stock of packaging material, replenishment, quality and clean and tidy of pharma room as requirement defined
– Liaise with internal & external customer to develop an excellent working relationship and communication
– Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

Requirements:

Degree holder or above, preferably in logistics and pharmaceutical related discipline
– At least 2 Years relevant experience in supply chain or express logistics or cold chain industry
– Experience in GDP manufacturing or production of pharmaceutical industry is preferred
– Knowledge of life science / cold chain / pharmaceuticals and setting of Temperature Control Package is an advantage
– Knowledge of Customs Import/Exports Regulation Compliance and Requirement
– Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
– Decisive, independent with strong communication skills and being able to work under pressure
– Proficient in MS Office application (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
